Moxie Fab World blog had some really great challenges up these past few weeks. I squeaked out a few minutes to play today.
This challenge is to create your own "background paper". Well, I love to push different ways to use my stamps. I had an idea in my head about creating falling hearts for Valentines Day.
Using another one of my favorite PaperTrey Ink stamp set, Scattered Showers, I started playing with this idea in my head.
I cut one of the sentiments apart to use the "love" rain (I know, I know....I'm a stamp cutter!) ...and the hearts are actually the raindrop from this set stamped upside down and side by side to create the heart.
Now, I have used this concept before, and actually had this card published in PaperCrafts last year, (I think...may have been 2 years ago). Every now and then I like to rework an idea, especially the ones I really like :) I think the original one is better...but I want to play with this concept a bit more!
Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by.
